Privacy Policy

We collect information needed to provide the service and keep accounts, generations, credits, and payments working.

• Account identifiers and profile information supplied through Clerk.
• Prompts, lyrics, styles, uploads, reference audio, generated media, and task history.
• Credit balances, plan status, order identifiers, payment status, and transaction records. SongMusic does not store complete payment card details.
• Device, request, error, performance, and usage analytics associated with visits and product actions.

We use information to authenticate users, submit and deliver music tasks, store results, operate credits and billing, prevent abuse, investigate failures, improve product performance, and provide support.

We do not use a private task to represent that a user has publicly released or endorsed a song.

Information is processed only as needed by the services that operate SongMusic.

• Vercel for hosting, delivery, analytics, and performance insights.
• Clerk for account authentication; Supabase/Postgres for application data.
• Stripe for Checkout, subscriptions, payment status, refunds, and disputes.
• KIE and Sun-Suno for supported music generation or editing operations.
• Cloudflare R2 for generated and uploaded media storage.
• Resend for operational task-completion and definitive-failure emails when those notifications are enabled.
• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager for product and traffic measurement.

SongMusic uses authentication and preference cookies needed for account and interface functions. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Vercel Analytics, and Speed Insights may collect usage and performance information.

This release provides transparent disclosure but does not introduce a region-specific consent manager. Browser controls and supported privacy settings can be used to limit non-essential storage.

Account, task, generated media, credit, and payment records are retained while needed to provide the service, secure it, resolve disputes, and meet operational or legal obligations. We do not promise a fixed retention period for every data category.

Removing an account or requesting deletion may not immediately remove records that must be kept for fraud prevention, financial reconciliation, security, or legal obligations.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting support. Requests are verified against the account before changes are made.

Task completion emails are enabled by default and can be turned off immediately from Account settings. They do not contain prompts, lyrics, or private media links.

Do not upload confidential material or content you are not authorized to send to the providers listed above.

We may update this policy when the product, providers, or data practices change. The date above identifies the current published version.
