Refund and Cancellation Policy
This policy explains when subscriptions can be cancelled, when payments are normally final, and which delivery or billing problems SongMusic will review.

Subscription cancellation
Contact support before the next renewal to cancel a subscription. Cancellation stops future renewals; access and remaining current-period benefits may continue until the paid period ends.
Cancellation does not create a prorated refund for time remaining in the current billing period.
Normally non-refundable
Payments are generally non-refundable after purchased credits have been used or the requested generation, edit, or export has delivered a usable result.
A change of mind, dissatisfaction with the creative direction of a successfully delivered AI result, or unused time in a cancelled billing period does not automatically qualify for a refund.
Cases we review
We review duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, and requests where payment was collected but no usable result or purchased credits were delivered.
Failed and uncertain music tasks
When a provider reports a definite failure before a usable result is delivered, task credits are generally returned automatically and no separate cash refund is created.
Network timeouts and uncertain provider states are reconciled first so the same work is not submitted or refunded twice. These cases may not be resolved immediately.
Requesting a review
Send the account email, approximate purchase date, order or invoice identifier if available, and a short explanation. Do not send full card details.
Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
