Terms of Service

You must sign in to submit generation or editing work. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to that account secure.

Do not use SongMusic to violate law, impersonate others, distribute malware, abuse the service, or create or process material that infringes another person's rights.

You retain your rights in prompts, lyrics, recordings, images, and other material you provide. You must have the permissions needed to upload and process that material.

You authorize SongMusic and its service providers to process the material only as needed to operate requested features, store results, secure the service, and provide support.

AI output may be similar to material generated for other users and may contain errors or unexpected elements. SongMusic does not guarantee that an output is unique, registrable, or free from every third-party claim.

You are responsible for reviewing output before publishing, distributing, monetizing, or relying on it.

Commercial use is included only for work generated while the account is on a Professional monthly or yearly plan. Free, Starter, Hobby, legacy Creator, and standalone credit-pack purchases do not by themselves grant commercial-use permission.

Commercial permission does not transfer rights in third-party lyrics, recordings, likenesses, trademarks, or other protected material used as input. Your responsibility for input rights continues to apply.

Every signed-in account receives 40 daily credits. Basic generation at 120, 150, or 180 seconds uses 4 credits. Daily credits reset at 00:00 UTC, do not roll over, and apply only to basic generation. Other tools use balance credits and show their cost before submission.

Subscription credits are added after each successful monthly or yearly renewal. Unused subscription credits and one-time credit-pack purchases remain in the account balance and do not expire. Credit packs add credits only; they do not unlock downloads, advanced tools, exports, or commercial use.

A confirmed provider failure before a usable result is delivered generally returns the task credits. A timeout or uncertain provider state may require reconciliation before a refund decision is made.

SongMusic relies on third-party authentication, payment, hosting, storage, analytics, and music providers. Features may be delayed, changed, or temporarily unavailable when those services fail or change.

We may suspend abusive activity, protect the platform, or discontinue a feature. These terms do not promise uninterrupted availability or a particular model forever.

Subscriptions may be cancelled before renewal by contacting support. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not create a prorated refund for the current billing period.

Payments are generally non-refundable after credits are used or a result is delivered. Duplicate charges and verified non-delivery can be reviewed under the Refund Policy. Rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.
